Long - Long versions are full length gym routines. Most are between 1:20 and 1:29 in length.
NOTE: All demos on Demo CDs and at the Demo Download page are long versions.
Short - Every selection in the Floor Express Music catalog is also available in a short version.
Short versions are between 1:00 and 1:10 sec. If the athlete is young or at a beginning level,
a short version may be appropriate.
Prep-Op - Every selection in the Floor Express Music catalog is available in a Prep-Op length. Perfect
for beginning level Prep-Op gymnasts, Prep-Op length has a maximum time of 1:00.
